15.25" diameter 7" width Buick Rally wheels. They are all in pretty good shape - just regular wear that would be expected for their age. ONLY 4 of what you see in the image. Yes. The measurement is to the inside of the bead of the tire, and that would be where the red line is on the rims.
If you search ‘15” Buick Rallye’ you can see the difference, too. 14s aren’t in much demand unfortunately. Patrick
