Nice looking car if your pockets are deep enough ! Notice the one piece rear bumper filler (Dale) ? :Do No: :TU:

That's ok about the pics, we were just giving you a hard time. :beer

    Yes, I see that.
Steve (2manybuicks) is sending me that 3-piece filler. It may work.

That's a lot of money for a '70. Even if it is low mileage.
Someday, once all the mid-size cars get priced out of reach for the average enthusiast, I predict that our big block boats will be the next hot thing in the car hobby.
The early Rivieras, Toronados, Eldorados etc. are currently undervalued if you ask me.

As a 70 Riv owner I agree that most people will scoff at paying $20K even for a great example. But I believe it will only go up in value simply because of its rarity and uniquiness relative to other Rivs. For example it is the most powerful Riv ever made and it is a one year only design.

I also see the early model Toronados particularly the 66 gaining in popularity which is the reason I am scouting for an excellent example apart from the fact I think it is a damn cool looking car.

Sweet looking car and just the right amount of miles too. I think these cars will come into their own in the near future, and it might be sooner than you think.... :Do No: but hey, I have no idea

    70 Riv.

I know the person that owns the car and it is a very nice car drives new the only thing he has a problem with is the Horn steering wheel when you press the wheel you have to squeeze a couple spots to make it work good, if you know these rivs. in 70 the horn is in the wheel it self just squeeze it, but he said he was gonna have it fixed, but its real nice. :TU:
