OK, after I get moved in May, I would like to repaint my GS later in the year. I've seen patch panels for the area behind the rear wheel and I'd probably have to fab up a piece to cover the area just above the middle of the wheel well unless I found a good quarter skin for cheap I could butcher! So my question is how does the outer 1/4 skin attach to the outer wheel house? Did the two piece overlap and then they were spot welded? Thanks!
