Why is the Parts Place rear wing for the 72 GS $100 cheaper than Year One or OPGI? Anybody have experience with it? Is it the same piece/material/quality? I don't need a concourse NOS piece; as long as it is the correct size/shape and durable I'm fine :)

    Thanks!

I have a ThePartsPlace spoiler on my 70'.
Althou the fit on the bottom of the pedestals is not great, ya are gonna need to take the Dremel tool or flap wheel to it for a nice fit. You can see the gap is far from perfect . Mock up picture. Still had a bit of a gap at installation, will use urethanized caulking to pretty it up.
It's a driver/ track car so I am far less picky than some.....Jim

Comes with handy " mock-up" plastic pieces to check fitment.

Because year one and opgi mark up prices to a ridiculous amount.
Same parts as parts place sells.

Ok, thanks guys :) I really appreciate the photos and the info on the part! I guess I'll save the extra money and buy from the parts place...maybe they can sell me some caulking, too. ;)

Will this spoiler fit a 69 Skylark? I've seen a yellow 69 with a spoiler however, I'm not sure where he got it or where its was purchased

I believe that the 69 is very different and quite possibly a hen's tooth. I have seen 70-72' spoilers on 69s, not good , looks outta place like a Superbee spoiler on a Plymouth Valiant. Jim
