    Hi all,
Any tips on rebuilding one of these bad boys?
The rebuild kit I got is quite extensive, but I always like to ask for any tips and tricks of the trade ;)
    Cheers

Besides referring the next post and pictures about afb idle, research proper fuel pressure and float adjustment for afb's, Chrysler insists 6psi. max, if your fuel has ethanol added as in the US, it takes twice as much to make the same power as gasoline roughly, so it you have 10% ethanol added, you need to richen your circuits 5% everywhere across the fuel curve. Edelbrock makes tuning kits with jet, rods, and springs, idle tubes will have to be drilled carefully with a wire drill. Good luck.
