Reconditioning the insides of 70 GS tail light housings

You can replace your gaskets when you do this. I normally just take some time and clean the gaskets on mine to use again but for the people that are very picky you may want new ones to put on when your done. This is a good weekend project with clear results. I think its important people see when I hit my breaks so they don't run into the car lol.

 

Lacquer is key. It bites into plastic. If it is labeled for plastics it is lacquer based. Avoid enamel paints on plastic.
