Have any of you guys ran into this problem before ? I have an Autogear M22 thats going in the car, I`m shelving the original M21. The stud that goes on the 3-4 shift lever, to mount the reverse light linkage is a coarse thread on the M21, and its a fine thread on the Autogear. I talked to Autogear today, and they said that they never knew the Buicks used this set up. I sent them pics, and assemble manual drawings to see if they can make the stud in a fine thread. All of this because I want working reverse lights
I just got an email back from Autogear. They are looking into having some of these studs made. What is the GM part number for the stud ?
