On the inner front fenders, there is/was a small round rubber bumper stop pushed into a hole.

This rubber bumper is to prevent the inner fender from touching the frame.

You can see the large 2" hole and a small 1/2" hole near it. The small hole is where this bumper goes.

I have one old one that didn't fall apart and I need 2. These things are not normal it seems. Similar to a trunk bumper pad but not quite.

It is 3/4" diameter and about 3/8 thick. The entire thing is 1-3/8" long from face to tip of the tail.

So, any idea where I can get some of these?

I am glad that you posted this. I didn't realize that I was missing those! Thanks.

I appreciate the reference to Steele as well.

I will have to verify the original hole size, but I'm not sure any of those fit the bill perfectly. Worst case for me is, I will weld a washer into that hole and use one of the trunk bumpers.

Jon, I didn't really look too hard. I'm sure there's something out there that fits.

Dude, where did you get all those buttons in your avatar? What size are those?

I checked the fender and it is a 7/16 Dia hole. If I find the exact one I will report back, if not. well....
