Did I install the vacuum advance line in the right port?

Looks right to me.... You may pick up a few more ponies and get up and go with a cold air induction cleaner over the open element tho.... example - http://www.schmidtmotorworks.com/prod_ram_air_cleaner.html or Spectre or Ram Air Box, ect....

Just run the tubes to the front outside corners behind the headlights - outside of the hot radiator air flow... or cheaper yet, use the stock air cleaner and run a tube --- great experiment for small change that can be felt at speed....

Thanks guys. Just double checking on the vacuum routing since I eliminated some stuff. Wildcat, I've always considered doing a ram air. Maybe someday.....bur for now I have to do some fine tuning on the carb first. It's a little rough @ idle.

    vacuum gage.

tune the idle mix screws and throttle screw for max vacuum at idle rpm.

looks great on the car! I really liked the loom job you did on the spark wires.

Thanks again Ken. I'll have to locate a vacuum gauge at work since I don't have one here at the house. As for the plug wires, I'm just very anal about stuff looking neat and orderly.

I like the looms on the wires, too. Where did you get them? Maybe I'll throw a set on my 430.

    :)

Yep, they are Moroso 8mm looms. I've ran all my Buicks' wires like this in the past too.
