You are talking about an "animated GIF" image. There are many programs out there that will do it, my favorite being The GIMP, available for linux, windoze, etc. I don't remember if I was the first on the board with one, but I was the first with a home made one (it shows, doesn't it?), lol. Anyway, here is a previous thread talking about it. The last post (as of this writing) is mine, giving a little info and some links.
Truzi, you must have a pretty good internet connection to be sending moving avatars from 1313 Mockingbyrd Lane, Moonbase Alpha, Magrathea. I live just down the street from you, but I have Magrathea Online, and my messages seem to take light-years to post! :beer ou: :Brow:
