That's easier, A piece of angle steel bolted to the existing bracket would move in inward and give the clearance and have the same shock stroke. I could weld a small piece or double bolt a longer piece. Hate to weld because the rear end is all powder coat. Maybe both a bolt and a few small welds??? This however seems to be an easy fix. thank you
