Wow, first I am accused of cheating for my stellar .006rt 1.87 60' 12.55 @110.4 during the "Factory Stock Drag Muscle Car Drag Race?" with the Chevelle. :eek2: Now my poor ole dad with his cubic inch deficit and Saginaw four speed, power robbing 2 piece driveshaft, anemic rear axle, original 43 year old 12k mile 409 engine is being thrown under the bus. I am very, very hurt. :ball: Oh and for the record, the 409's best run was 13.15@106 three years ago. Since we changed the valve springs, the best pass in comparable conditions was 13.42@104. Go figure. ou: Did I forget to mention I went 12.55@110.4 in the Chevelle? I thought Brian went 13.07@106 in the Merc? Maybe we can borrow that there fancy tool from the Factory Stock Drag Muscle Car Race to thoroughly check all the big body competitors who aren't certified.
