New caliper on with no problems. Bled both sides.

    Still sticking.

Only think left is the brake hose. (A wise man told me to replace at the same time as the caliper.., I didn't)

Did the hose you replaced look good on the outside? Its round, no crack, not sucked in...

Next time crack your bleeder as you are compressing the piston. If it gets noticeably easier suspect the brake hose.

My dad is not convinced lol. Never in his 50 years of driving has he heard of a hose collapsing. Just bursting.
Especially on a 6 year old vehicle.
Though he has no other suggestions.

The hose was special order. It will be here Tuesday.

I have found a few hoses collapse internally and you could not tell by looking at them.

The same thing happened twice on the 2008 Mercury Mariner. It was the rubber hose both times.
First the passenger side, then the drivers side.
Visually, it's hard to tell when the hose deteriorates from the inside.
    Let's make a bet?
I'll say the hose fixes your issue.

Shoot, I just realized this post is years old.

I forgot to give and update
The problem was in the hose
My good friend who's a doctor but loved cars like I do helped me replace it
As any doctor would he autopsied the old house. As expected part of the lining had deteriorated and blocked the line.
