Stude with a Naihead..

Anyone have or have pics of a Nailhead in a 53-4 Studebaker coupe?

 

Never seen one. Cadillac V8 conversions were common back in the '60s though. I understand that there are few if any clearance issues with the Caddy, which in size and shape is virtually identical to the Studie V8.

i recently bought a 53 Stude Commander..my dream 50s car...

found some Hurst nail head conversion mounts...so..my stude is gettin' a built nailhead...going to try to do it like a 60s retro build..im so excited i cant sleep..lol

 

Any pics???? I like those Studes as well. My wife likes/wants a Bullet-nose Stude, either 2 or 4dr., nice driver quality.

right now im searching for a supercharger intake for a nail head...

 

Met a guy who was selling some 64 Wildcat parts. Turned out he removed the body from the 'cat and mounted a Studebaker body on it. Not quite what you asked about, but close.

 

That's not a Nailhead in post #3. It is a Buick though...
