My spec sheet on my heads shows 64 as the head CC. An engine builder I have is questioning that. He wants to verify. Out of my own curiosity does that sound right?
Has your engine builder ever done a Buick engine? Why would he question that? The TA catalog says 64-66 cc.
Yes he is going to measure it, This was just simply for my own curiosity if anyone has found they vary from what TA advertised. Yes he has built Buick 455 in the past. and by questioning it, to me this is simply a matter of doing his do diligence of building a motor. Question everything and don't assume anyone else's work. He plans to disassemble the New heads and verify all is good on them as well.
