Timing gear removal - tip

    If you find the crank timing gear doesn't slide on and off easily (as it should!), take a drift and knock out the pin from the crank snout keyway and file it down. Mine was super tight, so I filed it and now the gear slides on real nice. It took 4 attempts to get it right, but it finally worked.

    Also, be sure the pin is seated good in the keyway.
