Any paint experts out there can answer this.
With two stage paint, is it possible to do touch ups without having to re spray an entire panel?
I'm referring to chips that are down beyond the clear and into the color layer.

I use clear coat blender to melt the new and old clear coats together. It comes in spray cans too.
