I am restoring my 1962 Buick special convertible Deluxe. I disassemble a 1962 Buick Skylark 2 door hardtop assuming that the trunk lid and other parts would match up correctly. My body shop says the trunk lid from the Skylark does not fit the special. Can anyone confirm what the correct assumption is on this situation?
That makes no sense to me they should be the same. I put a deck lid from a Skylark on a special, but it was a 63 though.
