I noticed the on right rear wheel of my Wildcat the front shoe has substantially more wear than the rear. The driver side shoes are nice and even... Any tips on how best to troubleshoot? No sign of any leaks.

Your e-brake cable might be binding, or there’s something in the adjustment mechanism that’s holding it out too far. Check the slave cylinder for any restrictions in free movement as well. None of those would cause a loss of fluid.

a groove in the backing plate can allow to show to get snagged and not move out as well. if your has grooves you can try to file or grind down, or weld/brake then up, or replace.

seen wheel cylinders move on side and not the other, this would only push 1 shoe

"back in the old days" we had drums with the centers cut out, so you had the "hoop" and could put it over the shoes and stomp the pedal to see how shoes were pressing out and releasing, as well as being able to pre-set brake shoe adjustment.

If you have a spare set of drums and someone with an OxyA torch to cut them for you, it might help in troubleshooting.
