Damn, that thing barely fits in there! You're gonna need a bigger trailer for your boat :D
    Love your car BTW!

Great idea! haha.. All Buick! Thanks Gary Payne

Best Run so far (before I snapped axles on 9" Ford rear) is 11.42 @ 118 on a 1.75 60'. By the way a 9" ford out of a late 60's early 70 Lincoln continental is exactly the correct width to fab into these cars.

I'm getting a motor built for my tank and I'd be ecstatic if the thing broke into the 12s. But 11.42, damn...

Good luck! Rear end and gears is probably one of the bigger challenges. Maybe not so much on yours as far as finding Posi? However the 70 had no options for something to hold the power. Got a 9" out of a 72 Lincoln continental and stabbed it in, was the perfect width for this car. Originally I put some ported irons and a cam on the stock motor and with 3:90 gears and on of JW Trishield converters went 13.40 on a 2.0 60' with just stock whitewalls, Manifold no headers. Drag Radials it would of maybe hit a high 12. Completely different car now with the 482 stg 2.. Was easing car out of the hold as traction was not good that day. When we finally decided to hammer it out of the Hole it snapped the stock 28 spline axles, now have 35 spline. Good luck with your project

OH, by the way the white walls on it are Actually Nitto 555 Drag Radials that I had this outfit shave down sidewall and paint on the white wall.
