USB Charger on Heat/AC Circuit

I recently modified the ashtray in the Cat (1968) to include a dual USB charger (drilled an 1 1/8 hole in the back) so charger is completely hidden. Perfect set-up as I can run my phone charger wire out the ash tray door and use phone as GPS. I could simply power off the Cigar lighter (orange acc circuit) but that circuit is always on -- not ideal. It's also widely used in the car. The charger -- with 2 phones attached could pull 4 or 5 amps so I don't want to put it on a heavily used or what I would consider "important" circuit. Since I don't have AC, I was thinking about trying to find one of the AC connectors that's under the dash (unused) to grab power. That circuit is beefy -- 25 amps and not doing much. (FYI - I don't want to start messing with fuse panel itself.) There are at least 5 or 6 optional connectors under the dash. Any clue what one might give me power off that heat/AC circuit??

I removed all of the 5 cig lighters and installed fused power ports in their place using the factory orange wire. 5+ years no problems.
