V6 Dipstick needed

    Orlando M I’ve got something to prove and something to lose.

    I need a 231 v6 Engine oil dipstick. My mechanic ot rid of it when he swapped the engine and my 350 dipstick hits my master cylinder. 1978 is the year so anything around that up to 87 GN would help. Thanks

    After you get your correct dipstick, probably someone here needs a 350 stick.

    I would think that a V-6 dipstick would be different from a 350 V-8. Am I missing something?

    Orlando, there are several old Buick v-6 in local yard. Do you need the tube AND dipstick, or just the dipstick. Also, I know that there are different length dipsticks on 350 and related tubes. I assume that there could be different length tubes depending on options... Is yours the short tube or long tube?
