I just got a 1965 buick skylark with original v8 and two speed trans. Any idea on what the going price is if I'm looking to sell them?

I have a 67 2 speed SP trans sitting on my floor. You can have it.
They are not worth squat any more.
Now, as to the engine, it depends on what engine.

thanks, but I have an LS that I'm thinking of putting in and just wondering if it is worth anything to sell it?

Is it a 300 cid Buick. If so, is it a 4 or 2 barrel carb?

300s are great engines. Two things hurt their value 1. They are bullet proof so there isn't much demand. 2. Most people want more power and replace then with bigger engines.

    It is a 300ci with a 4 barrel carb.

The 4 bbl carb and intake are desirable and in demand. $300 range.
The block has the higher compression pistons, so overall the complete engine may be a good swap for someone if the bore and pistons are in good condition.
The trans torque converter is also worth saving. There's a sticky in the 'Juice box' forum for someone buying them as cores for rebuild. It's a 10 year old post but I'll bet the offer is still valid.
