In all my years, this is the first time I have come across a bad vacuum module on a distributor. Can someone point in in the right direction for a replacement? I think oldbuickparts has them, but not sure if there are other sources or if this is something more universal. TIA!
Should be a Delco Distributor, so the vacuum advance canister is the same (57-74) as far as fit goes. There may be differences in the amount of degrees and the rate (vacuum start and maximum)
Just coming across this thread / listing --- don't know if you have already addressed this issue.... I have the absolutely correct vacuum advance, and one that works for it that is much less expensive... $ 75.00 for perfection, $ 23.00 for " works "..... Yours, Craig....
The B1 vacuum advance modules are great in a performance application (expecially modified to limit to 8-10 degrees) Use a 68 SS 396 325 HP application.
