Trying to run brand new wiring in my 70 gs with a th400
In the new engine harness there are 3 pink wires which the diagram shows one goes to one side of the coil and the other connector goes to the “vacuum solution 455 auto trans only”
Since my car when bought had butchered wiring and this solenoid and wiring were removed I was wondering if anyone here can tell me a bit about this solenoid, where to get one, and it’s location on the car. Thank you

From what I understand it does not allow any vaccum advance in "Park, Neutral, L2 or L1" .

That's the Transmission Controlled Spark emissions system. It does not allow vacuum advance in 1 st and 2nd gear, and allows ported vacuum advance in 3rd gear, and reverse I believe. Your engine will run better without this. If you want it for appearance/Concourse, I believe you will need to find it used. You'll also need the thermovacuum switch in the intake as well. I would disable the system if you just want it for looks. This is from the 1972 Chassis manual, but the 70 system operates the same,
