Is that on this board? I used it quite a lot on the last version.

Alan, right below the birthdays is the tool bar.
You can just click on "New Posts".

Alan, I really liked that function too. I know that Mike Bucy needed to do some custom work to implement it on the old software, hopefully he'll be able to add that into the new version. I suspect that after the marathon job he had, to get us back up and running, he hasn't spent much more time on this lately. Understandable, for sure.

I also liked the function. I use the new posts feature, but I mark all read afterwards.

Later on if I realize that there was something posted earlier in the day that I wanted to revisit, it was easiest for me to just view the "newer" posts instead of searching the individual forums.

Sometimes I'll check out the site but I'm not able to check out all the "new posts" since the last time I logged on, but now my "time last visited" time is updated. Then when I come back there is no easy way to "catch up" on previous unread posts.

    I suppose I'll survive!

Still looking for a work-around, though. :Comp:

I think I've noticed that once in a while too. I really rely on these functions to see all new posts from all the forums, as it's just not practical to go from forum to forum to forum to look for new posts.

I liked it too, please bring it back Mike! I also see XX new posts since your last visit. Anybody getting a number here, or I am the only one with XX?

I'm having the same problem. Don't have it on other boards so I don't think it's a problem with my cookie settings.

    Guys
I was having the same problem with the updated time as Alan has. I cleared all the V8 Buick cookies in windows and log out each time I leave the site. Now when I return I have to log on and hit new posts and get everything since I last visited.
    Hope this helps.
