Let me know if you need help contacting anyone in the US and acting as middleman for the transaction. It's sometimes hard enough to get Craigslist sellers to respond if you are in the US, probably even harder if you appear to be outside of the US.

Oh yeah. I just remembered. How about the fasteners for the heater box and evaporator box?

 

Check with Ames Performance. they have an extensive selection of reproduction Pontiac parts and the 64 to 67 GTO and tempest use the exact same air conditioning parts as a Buick. If anybody has it they will. If they can't help you I may have a used one in good shape.

 

Unfortunately they don't have that particular part. Ames is good though. If you have a good used one, I would like to get it from you. Let me know.
