I had listed mine for sale a year ago, but not so sure I would still be interested in selling. "Show ready" can mean different things to different people. Mine is a nice driver quality car, with lots of perfect or newer stuff on it. It won't win any shows in current condition, and I drive it a lot. It's been on 1400 and 2000 mile trips in the past 5 years.

    What a Car!!

I sure wish I'd have seen that awhile back,Dave. That's right up my alley! Had one in the works some time back, and sold the 68 lark and 69 gs to a member. Maybe later when I get things straightened out, huh? Or if you do put it up for :Brow: :TU: sale.......

You should have no trouble finding a 68/69 that suits your needs.

    Kelly,

what price range do you want to be in for a hardtop and what range for a convertible? I realzise you want the best car for the price (like everyone), but what is "the price"? I see lots of 68/69's for sale, and you can find Frame off show winning GS 350's in the $20k's, but they may be more than you want to spend for a 350 car, so we would be wasting our time sending you info on them. Let us know what you see as your range for each model, and we can more efficiently help you find a car.

Chris, 20k is what i'm looking to spend I guess I should have said the best car I could get for (that) price, a vert is not that important sure I love them but do know a ht wont cost as much.if 20k will by me a very nice 350 car and not a 400 then I WILL BE OPEN TO THOSE CARS , they get better gas mileage too ,tHANKS Kelly

    Kelly,

Just as an FYI, no matter how nice it is, you probably won't win many shows with a 68/69 GS. :beer

David, that's a beautiful car, and I know Chris will have a blast with it. Tell me, did you add the red rally stripes, or are those original? They were a no charge factory option, and I'm thinking they would look good on my car too. :beer

    Hey now!!

I'll have you know that I'm UNDEFEATED at the local muscle car show - "Best Buick" two years in a row!

Of course, there was a certain lack of competition... Nobody else entered!

Seriously though, everything I own is for sale for the right price -

This car had a "frame on" cosmetic restomodification which means fix up and paint, 455 with forged pistons cam big Q-Jet, rebuilt TH400, 3.08 posi rear. New headliner and seats, all new weatherstripping, taken apart right down to the bare body and put together again, paint is 3 years old. Needs to have the A/C put back on the car (all parts available) to be 100% complete. I also have the original motor in a crate and the one legger 2.93 rear is available too.
