what am I missing

    The first picture is a hose that is going nowhere. Is that right?

    I think you are missing the accumulator/dryer. Not sure if that is the correct name but it looks like this.

    The accumulator is up in front attached to the condenser

    At any rate, that is an approximation of the part he is missing. It has desiccant in it and holds some extra freon.

    One cant tell by the pics if he is indeed missing the drier or the condenser as there is no pic of the area they are in. But I'm willing to bet that are there. As I mentioned before, Don't think you wre missing any component

    That hose connects the the expansion valve which is still bolted to the evap on the high side tube on the bottom of the housing. Check out my video on the ac box and its components.
