Magic Eraser, works great, use bucket of water and have drying towel in other hand. Dig in a clean.

Be VERY careful on cleaning!!! I basically DESTROYED my original interior by using a cleaner that deteriorated the thread that is used to sew the patter into the seat and actually attaches the different sections of material several years ago. Unfortunately I don't recall the cleaner that I used, but Magic Erasure works good on the vinyl top, I can safely say.

Try some Westley’s Bleche-White whitewall tire cleaner on an inconspicuous spot and
Use a toothbrush on any stitching. It works great on white vinyl tops and white convertible
    Tops.
Just be careful to test it first......then do small sections at a time.

I've always used a product called 'Tuff Stuff' made by STP Products to clean the white vinyl interior of my GS. It's a spray foam cleaner that you can use to clean carpets, vinyl, etc; I just bought 2 more cans from Amazon (about $3.50 per can). It's been around a LONG time as I used it in 1994 when I got the GS and it has never harmed anything that I know of, but you don't want to get it on paint or glass. Just follow the directions. A soft bristle brush works very well to clean the grain in the vinyl.
    Good luck,
    Steve
