what fuel pump to use

to the guys running low 11's and into the 10's with a q-jet what pump are you using? and what size line? i was looking at a holley black but after testing one the other day it took 34 seconds to fill up a 1 gallon container.(kinda slow)

I use a Mallory 140 in my F.A.S.T. Black GS.

well i bought a mallory 250 do you guys do anything with the inlet on the q-jet? i know they make an an fitting (where the filter is) pm me if you want

I use a Holley 150 with -10 to 1/2 to 3/8 lines. No carb filter in the filter housing. 16 psi before the reg 6 3/4 psi after.

The 150 fills a gallon in 21 seconds.

 

man, i tried a trick flow 130 and it took 35 sec and the gallon wasnt even quite full so i figured it was going to need some more. doh
