I know my brother had Stockton Wheel in California take his Magnum 500 wheels on his Charger from 15x8 to 15x10. I think theres some one on the board that does it as well.

I've got the cash now for new shoes! I'm thinking 20x10 rear and 18x8 fronts on my '71 Riv. Unsure about back spacing and tire sizes though... IMG_1784.JPG IMG_0569.jpg

My white one runs 235x70x15 on 15x7 stock rally fronts and 255x60x15 on 15x8 aftermarket rally rears.
My yellow one runs 235x70x15 on 15x7 stock rally fronts and 275x60x15 on 15x8 aftermarket rally rears.

UPDATE: Due to a brake upgrade that did not go as planned.....I had to change the wheels on my yellow one to accomodate the new Wilwood D52 brakes.
Car is now running 17x8 with 225x50 in front and 17x9 with 275x50 in the rear. I don't know the specific offset on these wheels - will have to look at the paperwork. They are loaners off of another project car.

I have to say, I am generally an old school stock or stock appearing wheel guy. But, these are starting to grow on me. Let me know what you think. Old school vs new pics below.

    Both run stock height suspension.

more pics in my garage on this site.

I am currently running P225/60R16 Front and P295/50R16 Rear. They are on 16x8 GTA wheels. But I recently bought P245/35R20 and P295/30R20. They are on ARE 20x8 and 20x10 Nova.

I like the looks of the 17" rims on your car.

I'm running BFGs on 15x7 steelies. The fronts are 245 R60 15s and the rears are 275 R60 15s. I know the rears are a little big for the rims, but I'm still happy with the look.

There used to be some pics on this thread of a white '70 GS with 17" or 18" steelies and dog dish caps. Pics were of the car sitting in a garage with lifts. Anyone know where those pics went or the owner of that car. I think he stated the wheels where Wheel Vintigues 62's, but my memory is a bit fuzzy these days.

1965 Skylark. Going with American Racing VN500 17" rims

Nitto 555's 285/40ZR17 on the rear. This required some inner fender well work and trimming the lip. Also 6.375" backspacing on the 17" x 9.5" wheels. Using a 1971 Skylark axle assembly.

Going to try these on the front. I have tubular A-arms. Nitto 555 255/45ZR17 with 5.25" backspacing on the 8" x 17" wheels.

Curt, are you running 18"x9.5" front and rear with 5.5" back spacing?

    What offset(s) are your wheels?

    Any clearance issues if any?

    Ken,
You can figure out the offset as long as you know the wheel width and back spacing. In this case, the offset is +.75"
