What to use to lubricate AC o-rings

    What is best to use for lubricating them green AC O-rings? Is silicone grease an option or maybe compressor oil (Ester)?
    I'm replacing the switch O-ring at the rear of the compressor on a 73 Buick

    Yes,esther oil.or pag oil.
