I put my dash back together on my '72 GS and I can't seem to find where these two wires go. One is a grey side by side plug with 2 pinks and a black. The other is a black L shaped plug with a black and orange .
I pretty sure the orange/black is for for an optional dashclock. It may be that the other one is for an optional in dash tach? Maybe someone else can chime in on that one. The connector doesnt look familiar
Pink and black is I believe the connector for the Cruise Harness. The other might be the cruise release for the brake light switch.
Is that T-shaped plug for a four way flasher? There is a flasher in the fuse block and another one that just clips under dash.

I looked through the 72 assembly manual and the orange/black does look like the optional clock connector. I could not find a pink and black 2 pin connector in the diagram. If you have a 1972 chassis service manual I believe there is a wiring diagram with wire colors in there.
Thanks guys. I think the orange and black are the clock wires. The pink n black I can't identify. It does have a factory dash tach, but the schematic shows a brown wire to the dash mount tach that goes to the distributor.
Ok I think I figured out the pink n black wires. One wire is ignition hot, the other, when grounded set off a buzzer under the dash. Not the same as the key buzzer, it's a different one with a different tone. It must be the speed alert wiring. I know the speed alert sets off a buzzer so I'm assuming that what these wires are.
