There is a pretty good sealant you can pick up at the auto parts store, I think it is called K-line, comes in a little blue bottle with a yellow lid as I recall. Before messing with the front cover I'd certainly try that, especially as it sounds like the leak isn't very bad. I've had pretty good success with that. Jim
Have not had much time to mess with the car of late. I can note that the leaking place on the timing cover has come to a stop. I did tighten the bolts a smidge on the timing cover/wp. I have ran it idling to running temp and driven around my neighborhood, no leaks. I have to get plates yet, temps expired so I have not been able to get it out on the road to see if my overheating issues are gone.
well the leak has came to a stop ALMOST. When I first start it it pools up a little on the cover, but stops and never leaks. After I park the car it never leaks to the ground. I have been watching the radiator and the fluid is not going down. No I have not driven it much because I have no plates yet.
