Got this idea of having a set of 15x7 dog dish wheels center removed and have a set of 15x14 wheels that can use the dog dish centercaps. Speedway Motors sells the wheel hoops and all I would need is for someone to cut my wheels and weld the centers in..I can't remember who does this. I wont deal with the one guy on here who stiffed a few people..Is Steve Caruso the good guys name by chance??

How about a typical Weld wheel with some SRE adapters?

Well,my wheel offset is 7.5 inches not the typical 4- 4.5 inches so I will need them made to fit my rear end. It's something I will just have to live with I guess.. I have some 15x5 steel wheels for the fronts and thought I would get some dog dish wheels made for the back to have a choice of wheels. This is going to be a street car for the most part.

Now that we know Steve isn't doing the wheels anymore,is there anyone else who does this or can help me out? Stockton Wheel quoted $600 dollars if I ship the wheels to them and they ship them back when done.Looking to have the centers of these wheels put in the wide hoops so I can get them hydrodipped. download.jpg

Not to sound negative, but isn't he the one who kept stringing people along on their wheels and not getting them finished? I was warned by 2 people so far. I have an email in to Wheel Vintiques and will see what they say. I am not in a rush as the body will hopefully be in primer this spring and chassis final welded and painted.
