Wildcat lovers.....

So I decided to entertain the ideal of restoring a Wildcat center cap emblem. Results below. This my friend is tedious.

I also know where I can improve too. Just needs clear coat to outside now.

When I get my restoring time, and happy with finished product, I'm going to start making sets and start reselling them.

These emblems are from hubcap, so they aren't perfectly flat, they're convexed

 

Now that's the way to do it I must say!

Looks so much better in person. The chrome ring is used of course.

Being that these emblems are a bit thicker than factory I have to epoxy the emblem and retainer in place.

They should hold without any troubles. I think once i get a system down, I'd sell these for $60 each.
