Will a full size 1970 455 shroud fit a 72 GS 455?

    A full size car's shroud will fit into a 72 GS BBB,but 72 has a 19 inch fan,so you will have to go with one of 18 inches .Also any Buick guy will know that its not original.Why not sell that one and buy the 72?Bruno.

    Bruno, I haven’t found a 70-72 shroud in Canada yet. I have a beautiful 72 350 shroud, of course useless on the 455 swap. TA performance are out of the 70-72 shrouds. Given covid19 trying to buy a shroud out of the USA is problematic.
    I will find one eventually. I have both 18 inch and a 19.5 inch clutch fan, so I’m covered there.
    I’ll keep searching

    I have a BBB shroud out of a '69 a-Body.....if that helps. Shipping from Trenton Ontario.

    Yes, a big car shroud will fit. It has the larger (22") opening so a GM 7-blade 20" fan will fit and work well

    Guys - I ordered a 1970 retro shroud from Todd at Stage1restorations.......couldn’t wait any longer. It will work perfect with my 18 inch 7 blade clutch fan from the 350.
