Looking to spend upto $7k, I prefer a 71-72 but will consider a '70. Looking for a clean, no rust car. Doesn't have to be show quality, looking for a good driver that I don't have to put a ton of money into. I live in Central PA, 50 miles North of Harrisburg. I would like to find something in the surrounding states (I don't want to have to look at a car in FL, etc..) I would fly to pick it up. If anyone knows of anything out there please let me know!
Can anyone else out there help me? I've been looking but no luck so far. I saw one on ebay that I should have gotten, 72 gs clone, perfect body and interior. No mechanical problems either, that went for $6900 Any help would be appreciated!
I have a 70 skylark. If you send me your email @ I'll send pics. I am away right now, but will be home by the middle of the week. I am located in NY near Poughkeepsie, so you are not to far away. A friend of mine is selling a 70 Skylark Coupe. Originally it was Aquamist with I think a white vinyl top. Right now it is painted black and needs some serious TLC. It ran and stopped when we put it in the Garage 2-3 years ago. I don't believe the body is rusty, but would want to check it over. It would come with some extra parts, including at least the front bumper and 1 front fender. My friend also bought a 70 GSX hood, with the hole for the tach and this would go with the car. Price of the car with parts is $2800, which is what he has in it. The car is located in Delaware County PA, which is SW of Philadelphia. I am sure everyone will want pics, but doubt I could do anything about that until after the BPG. Duane
