I know it's probably a long shot, but I figured I'd post up anyway  I've got an '87 GN with factory t-tops. 47k original miles. Very good original paint, new fiberglass bumper fillers. A few very good mods, nothing extreme. Very clean but needs new AC compressor and has an intermittant ignition sputter (haven't had time to diagnose it completely) - runs and drives perfectly otherwise. I can post more detailed info. if anyone is interested. Pics available soon. What I really want to trade for is a nice, clean '70-'72 GS clone (or the real thing if the price is right! :Brow: ) I'd also be interseted in a clean Skylark. Want an auto trans. and would prefer black interior, but I'm interested in any color. Looking for a clean, accident and rust-free driver (with the potential to be a show car) Probably in the $10k - $20k range?? I'm in Richardson, Tx (DFW area) Anyone interested?
This is tempting, but what I have is a true 70 GS 455, but it would be considered a project. I need to figure first what I would need out of it first before I could get in serious talks with you though. (if you have any interest in a project). Im probably getting out of the BBB business. Let me know if theres an interest though and I will see what we can do. Its Desert Gold with what I think is saddle interior. Your somewhat local so maybe its worth just lookingo No: Shortcut. BTW Engine still out http://www.v8buick.com/showpost.php?p=693044&postcount=30
I have thought off getting a GN of what you are offering, but what I have to offer as trade is not exactly what you are looking for. It is not a show car. It has been frame off though.:TU:
Rob, I have not forgotten you by any means. I still want to meet up regardess if we do a car deal or not. I just now got the transmission back and have been in a long drawn out fiasco with the engine for it. At least I got the tranny back..........
Hey! I'm still interested in your car and also just meeting up to hang out and talk Buicks. I've got family visiting this weekend, but next weekend might work, how about you? Rob 214-732-7442
