Default Loosening to remove Power Steering Belt

Stupid question I am sure but can't find anything in my crash book, just everything but how to adjust/remove the belt! OK, so been looking at the power steering pump for 15 minutes - I found the adjustment nut on the back of the pump, marked it, loosened it up, but it seems like I am missing one- it does not want to budge, even with a ratchet on the adjusting hole. The air pump bracket is mounted to the same assembly as the power steering pump. My belt has chunks missing so I need to get it off to take to the parts store(I'd even bet original).
Is there another adjustment bolt I am missing somewhere? I only see the one on the backside and what looks to be 3 fixed position bolts on the front of the bracket, right above the power steering pump.
    Thx

Pretty sure theres another bolt on the front of the bracket going to the block. MIght even be one between the pully and the pump. Its been awhile.

You missed one! There is also one up front that holds the adjustment also. Without looking at my book, I think its a 5/8" head. When you tighten the belt, make sure you place the tool in the right spot. You want to pry against the cast iron of the pump, not the resevior. I use a very long 3/8" extension.

Three on the front and one on the back. The three on the front should use a 9/16th socket. The easy one to forget is the one that bolts all the way through to the head (highest one up in front of the pump). None of the bolts behind the pulley have to be removed for a belt change.
