Roberta I thought Norwalk was an IHRA track? Did something change or was that a mistake in your email to say NHRA?

I live due south of the track. They are working on it every day. New press box, bigger "Club norwalk suites" It appears they are paving the entire pit area. They are hosting NHRA powerade nationals in july. The name has changed but it is still under the same owner/management.

Well, you may be surprised when you show up at the BW, as we have a signed contract with them for the stated rates in my post for the entire BW and Amerihost Inn.
Others, if you are calling for a room, you need to call during the day between 7 and 3 EST, or otherwise the help doesn't understand that the Hotel is booked for Buick RaceDay, under the booking code BUCK, cause Buick does fit in their computer. Thanks Roberta

Hey Berta you Buick angel you: Called BW this morning. Spoke to a young man named Seth. Seems William is no longer with BW. Seth did get me set up at the Amerihost with a young lady named Deanna. She said they still have about 20 rooms available. Thanks again for the heads up. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you out. Thanks Dan P.S. The lady from the ohio hotel web site who cancelled my reservation told me that according to Seth BW would have honored my reservation, If I had arrived before all the rooms were full. You might want to check with BW on that one. I would hate to see anyone get shutout. I hope I haven't opened a can of worms. Dan

I just booked a room for the Norwalk event at the BW. Thanks for the info Roberta! I'm looking forward to attending again! Still not positive that I'll bring the car though. I have to wait and see how it holds up after BG.
Damn, I wish I had my race car done!!! I think I'll go work on it right now!!
I also can't wait to see all of my Buick brethren!!

See you all in spring!!

Hotels have released rooms from blocks, so now we'll have all the Cedar Point Junkies complain about loud cars and people. You can still reserve a room till they are booked, so get on it, now!

I just left the racetrack at Norwalk and I say that this is one of the nicest and friendliest carmeets/races I have ever been before.

I surely can recommend anyone to visit this event next year!

So put it on your list and bring your Buick overhere in 2008!

Lots of great and nice people and there cars reflected how nice these people are.

Great race track and Buick race cars!

Made my first "run" in a GNX clone (turbo regal) and love the guy for it who took me on a spin in it.

Hope to see all of you next year at Norwalk!

Greetz

Thanks to all that put on the event!!

I had a great time! My buddy that came along with me, (a Pontiac guy) was very impressed with the Buick's, although he's seen them before!!
I finally had fun and without that "empty" feeling, if you know what I mean! It was fun to totally take it easy with no pressures and no obligations. Too bad I'm back in the real world now! LOL
