It's a dang AMC/Nash-Rambler conspiracy. I pick up my two copies of Hemmings Muscle Machines and Musclecar Enthusiast and there are two features on AMC's fer crying out loud. I come on the board here and there is a post dedicated to another AMC Javelin! What is the world coming too?? Are there not enough Chevies left in the world that magazines have to start featuring ~other~ brands?? I suppose that any publicity is good publicity, but .... Their praise of the W-31 was faint. Reading between the lines, they were basically saying, "This car doesn't deserve the honor, but the readers voted it in." And for the cop car you didn't have to read between the lines. They absolutely trashed it. Call me Mr. Sensitive. I guess I don't like them kicking Oldsmobile when it's down. The pile of dirt above its grave hasn't even settled yet.
