It is quite tempting. If i'm correct there is some black paint on these grills, what kind of paint could i use to spiff it up a bit? The most i really wanted to pay was around 200 but if that isn't possible i MIGHT be able to swing 220, but i'll have to talk to my wife ha ha. Oh and when i said europe i meant Russia, it is first in land size. How hot does it get there in the summer?
Hey DirtRider? Um... WHAT is your name anyway?? Here's what you needta do...Thoroughly wash this grille in TIDE..soak it over night it very VERY HOT Water....idea2: I have found that TIDE is the only detergent that actually lifts off old, grimey road dirt when soaked real good in UNTOUCHABLE hot water overnight..works on old taillight lenses, parking lamp lenses, etc :beers2: ) Every so often scrub witha full thick scrub-brush!!! Resoak then RINSE THOROUGHLY. and when its dry, RINSE AGAIN. And when its dry once again RINSE AGAIN. allow it to dry! NOW you're ready for paint: I use RUSTOLEUM satin black or BBQ black...the BBQ Black rustoleum takes longer to dry, but it holds up better in the long run!!! Spray the entire grille, front and back and edges and top and bottom....then as the black dries, use a rag, damply soaked in lacquer thinner and a straight edge to 'wipe off" the highlighted chrome areas you wish to expose...its not difficult and the results are very cool looking grille! I am looking into buying a sheet of heavy corrugated material and manufacturing a box for this grille. I will unscrew the studs and 'zip-tie' them to the grille in the appropriate locations to allow a flatter package for shipping/handling...Once that is done, I will get you a final shipping quote to somewhere in the great white north eh?! :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay

Hey DirtRider...bedder sit down and hava talk with your wife! I've gone thru hoops to make this deal work out for you.... I have indeed shaved a few dollars off the shipping..but not by much. Removing those cumbersome 'studs' I was able to get the shipping size down a bit however, it still falls under the same "group" category. The latest USPS on line quote I can get is $118.10. SO,.. I would have to sell you the grille for $101.90 ...to meet the $220 price your wife will approve. :TU: I have it almost ready to ship...just waiting your approval, your USD money and shipping instructions!! :beers2: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Wanted to give props to Wheelz. We agreed upon a price for a sill plate. What does he do? He sends me both, instead of just one. Great guy to work with. Lets help him move more parts. Thanks again!
MUCH ThanX for the Kudos Brian! I appreciate hearing good feedback once in a while! and 777Hutch in Stillwater OK....THANX for your reasonable offer! If you could somehow give me a BINESS ADDRESS to ship to, it would be just a little cheaper on my end thus making our deal complete! :TU: Can we do this? Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Hi Brent..TWO THINGS: FIRST: I must give 77Hutch first right, BY TONIGHT...Tomorrow morning its yours if...."IF".. SECOND:.'IF' you can provide me with a business address to ship to. Shipping to a biness is always few dollars cheaper and this grille is kinda heavy and bulky so any help is needed. ThanX for the inquiry and we'll chat tomorrow morning! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Well now...morning has come and gone. No word from 777Hutch EVEN after I posted him direct AS PER HIS REQUEST. So GUESS WHAT?? Brent is up next! Brent from Utah...ya want it? Wheelz, Tampa Bay
