Time to clear up some space as I move things into new shop! NOS 1970 4 speed speedometer #6493009 still in box, stamped August 1969, $275 NOS 455 short-block with new '70 pistons installed. $1500. Machine shop bill alone was $800 by the time they got done with it, not including pistons and rings! Cheap way to start out in today's world. Aluminum Stage 2 heads, complete, never ran, $2500 Dark green sport steering wheel, 71-76. $150 Smooth grain but other than that in very good shape. Am/Fm radios... 3 or 4 of them, tested, $200-$375 depending on how nice you want. One of them is '72 stereo, not working but easily fixed, I'm sure. Left fender..... $150, from south. NOS windshield moldings, $150 per set. Not many left..... NOS Delco rear speakers, 20 oz magnet, $50 each. Considering selling my extra iron Stage 2 heads. Lots of intake manifolds, blocks, heads, etc $100-$300 depending. Have 2 very nice '70 hoods and one not-so nice.... $350-$1000 Lots of other stuff too let me know your needs. The less I have to carry upstairs in new shop, the happier I will be!
the aluminum heads what kind are they? Are they T/A TEs or SE? or other. the fender and hood i assume it would have to be picked up?
Oops.. they are the T/A SE... also have a posi rear and 70' BA transmission core in-bound. Got way too much money in them with shipping costs but..... I am going to SE Mo in late May or so.... could possibly deliver things on way through.
Inline for Stage2 alum heads New in box? or? 1970 455 short block setup Can you tell me if the block has oil mods and Brand of bearings/rings/pistons and what is included? Doug
Korrie -- PM me your E mail address for pics. Dean.... No good. Sorry. Doug -- Stage 2 heads bolted on engine on stand but never run. NOS short block has Sealed Power '70 forged pistons, GM rings and bearings. Newer block, 72-74, already has factory oil mods. Loren -- I've got $400 in that BA tranny with shipping and will sell for that. GMC Family -- Not sure if I will sell them, just in the thinking stages... but not cheap.... BuickSky -- Although I do have a fresh set of original Stage 1 heads off a 70, I think at least at this point that I'd like to hold onto them. Shawn... PM me address for steering wheel pics.
