Greetings. Would there be anyone who has an unrestored 1969 GS grill and can confirm the paint color? I recently secured a re-popped grill and want to make sure before I paint any of it.

I have this picture from 2008 and I just want to verify that the grill was indeed painted like this from the factory. Of note is the dark grey of the general outside structure and the flat black on the vanes ( for lack of better word) in the rectangles.

And in a related thought, if this is the correct grill color and pattern, would the area on the headlight doors above and below the headlights also be the same grey color?

    Thank you for any assistance.

    Headlight bezels
Krylon Dull Aluminum for the silver
Krylon Semi Flat Black for the black area

Grille is a Charcoal color similar to what is used on mid 90's Gm Trucks.

    This grille was refurbished correctly.

Thank you Dave. Looks like the vanes of the rectangles were also painted the charcoal grey?

No. The vanes and rectangles are black.
