Not too bad; - if I was closer and able to cross the border I'd go look at it. I wouldn't mind one like I currently have with a roof and possibly some A/C, it'd be a great cruiser.

It says no test drive on the paper in the window. Really?

The car has been sitting there (outside a body shop) for quite a while... heck, give them a call.

That's not a Buick guy, 445 is the torque rating of the 401 Nailhead.

Asking $7,000, but: no test drive....
Looks like he was asking $7,700.

Considering the “Rona” economy and how long it’s been sitting... cash talks

It's sorely tempting, but with the exchange rate, shipping and all of that it'll be $10-12K before it's standing in my driveway and I even have a chance to see if it runs or drives, so no, hard pass for me.

No test drive!? Is cool a custom coupe with the fused rear window! My first Buick and first car was a 66 225 coupe!

OK V8 Buick People: Listen to Mitch. Look at it carefully, give it a good stiff test drive and get it wayyyyy up in the air. Also be prepared to walk if it ain't what you want. Mitch

You roll up in his lot with a trailer and cash, he’ll be a fool not to allow a test drive. I think that’s on there to weed out folks who barely understand ‘no’. He’s probably had his fill of them.

Perhaps the “445” motor doesn’t run? “17,000+ miles...” Maybe 117,000 or even 217,000? Almost as if the current owner doesn’t know much about the vehicle... I think I’ll call to get the background.

OK V8 Buick People: Perhaps the seller has no insurance on it and that's why no test drive. Perhaps it's got a mechanical problem that would discourage a safe test drive. That's not a prospect's problem because he just needs to look elsewhere.

These things are money pits. LOOK.....DRIVE...... get it WAAAAAAY up in the air. Hey for $500 you can overlook quite a few things but at market price (I think around $2,500-$3,000 no drive, no buy. Mitch

I stopped by the car today and spoke with the owner's daughter. Her father has owned the car for at least 10 years, but he's not the original owner. It was one of those "projects" that never started so he finally decided to sell the car. The car runs, but the "no test drive" notice is due to tire kickers taking it for a drive and staying away for hours. If you want more info, give Melissa a call at five zero nine five four four zero three two five.
