Come on man! Dano, you adapt to your situation and you overcome the minor obstacles so that you benefit from all of the super cool and great things that exist here, that’s what I’ve done.
Yes! We love snowbirds! Our business increases by 25-35% while they are here. They need us and we love them!
As stated previously, my genetics are superior to most of the rest of the male humans now present on the earth, that’s why me and millions of others like me live year-round in Florida!
There are definitely some good things there doc. Not sure they outweigh the bad but... My wife & I truly hate the heat and we've concluded the key to a happy marriage is much more that you hate the same things than it is liking the same things
Florida native myself. There was no better place to be in the 60's and 70's before it got so overcrowded.
It’s all good around here brother, Venice is where my office is and it’s still fairly laid-back here. Another 10 years though, I’ll have to leave.
Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach are busy but I'd still consider getting another condo on the water there. Definitely has more pluses than negatives . We miss watching the rocket launches from our back yard. About 8 to 9 miles south of the facility. Condo looked north at the rocket assembly building. Ok back to the subject. How's it going Jason? How many days left in Paradise?
I imagine Venice and other spots in FL are still great places to live. Miami-Dade where I’m from became unbearable.
Yes, nice places to visit but probably not all-that to live there. We visited South Beach and took in some of that area and it was super cool! But, I don’t want to live there.
I visited Largo Florida in the early 80's as a place to hide out from the Michigan law until it was time to go back and face the music. After that band played its final song I packed up all my worldly possessions and drove south until I ran out of money and had a 1/2 tank of gas left in the car. Landed near StPete and didnt leave again. I love the heat! hate it cold. However the hustle and bustle of the city got more than I could handle on a daily basis. Moved to the North part of the state in 04. If I want the sand and water its only an hour away.
Jason said a week, so I am guessing Monday to Monday? Then again, he did say he might stay and never go home.
If he stumbles on a old retirement trailer park and finds the stash of old cars setting for 20+ years under little car ports, He'll never leave.
