Great score for the right person. I have never seen a NOS one for sale. https://www.ebay.com/itm/265422309672?hash=item3dcc670928:g:3tUAAOSwgMlhn-AN
Me neither & I have a Forced Comfort-Flo car. Figured I was going to re-use my orig. but might have to spring for it if nobody else does.
Or you could simply buy a repro, and cut a square hole, and drill two mounting holes. The upside is that you won't have to deal with 50 year old plastic. It tends to get brittle. JW
Nope! I sent an offer but someone grabbed it. Fortunately mine is in very nice condition & now that the correct woodgrain is finally available it won't be a big deal to get mine chromed (could probably even not h it'd be presentable)/restored. Can spend the $ on something I need more but that sure was a nice find!
The main appeal of this part in my eyes is that it has 100% correct NOS woodgrain on it. If this was a regular bezel without the square hole, I would have already bought it.
& that it's not a repro or warped. Not so worried about the woodgrain anymore fortunately. The hole was pretty novel for someone w/an original Comfort-Flo car.
I also bid yesterday but declined . I have an NOS bezel on my "X" with the flow thru system . The motor was fried when I bought the car 35 years ago and never bothered to fix it . I think there are 2 motors , one on each vent sides . ??? Bill
Yes, 1 on each side, You can see the 2 bolts that hold each motor on the top of the cowl, My GSX has that option as well
