Actually looks like a really nice car. The black carpets need to go though. So does the black wheel. It's funny though in owning a bazillion of these cars. No matter how much you pay for one, they all seem to need the same details attended to.
Very nice looking car, well cared for . Negotiate a fair price and your money ahead with this model and features.
my 72 350 custom was identical colors and had deluxe interior, the factory carpet was loop and matched the exterior paint. I am sure this means nothing. Haaa
What color is the exterior supposed to be? Burnished Copper maybe? Looks closest to '72 Opel Rallye Gold.
Is that the one that went overseas? '71-2 GS (350) are probably the best deal going in the muscle car world. Still not the easiest to sell & nobody seems to beating the guys door down @ $28k. Maybe a $20k car even in today's market.
I just actually read the ad. Really seems like a nice/solid car that with some Jasoniszing type detailing could be quite the stunner - Even worth overpaying a little for maybe for all orig sheetmetal & new paint. Color seems a little light but... Shame it doesn't have buckets/console.
Just makes it an even better candidate for a 4 speed conversion! Again, small block car so no real high dollar components
My cousin had a 68 SS chevelle 396, black, white stripes, white vinyl top,, white interior and he had a hell of of time selling that color combo. That was way back in 73. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea.
